New proposed measure could make medical marijuana illegal again
Some asshole has decided to try and get our Medical program repealed. This after our governor and her cronies shut down recreational that the people voted in. The worst part is, I wouldn’t be a bit surprised if the crooked powers that be around here helped move it along. Anyone that opted to grow their own and paid the extra $20 fee to do so, is on file with the DOH (Department Of Health). So if it somehow passes, they now have a list of anyone who cultivates, and pictures of their grow area. It was required that you show proof that the area was locked and safe from kids I guess. If this passes, I’m going to have to move from this super corrupt state which sucks because it’s a beautiful place. (Southern Black Hills is where I live, not the plains which sucks in my personal opinion. I wish people that don’t understand the plant would just leave it the hell alone.

Wow we are so sorry to hear this! Sadly you are right when you say people who do not know this plant need to just stay the hell out of it. We are seeing it everywhere in the industry right now too. Very frustrating to be a pawn to their damn system that seems to always fail us anyways. Like Scotty says “They spent 100 years telling us this plant was bad and then went oh… wait we were wrong” yet they expect us to trust them now. System is too fucked up to fix now to be quite honest just have to let the cards fall where they may and play the game. It is very very sad
