NORML: State by State cannabis laws 

PapaGrowsWeed –The marijuana culture is great in Ohio, in spite of the idiocy in the state. Many local communities have decriminalized marijuana, the cops don’t care about small home growers. About half of the corporate cannabis companies in the state have publicly come out against homegrow. Our governor often says “this isn’t your grandpa’s marijuana” in hopes to scare potential voters.

2theroach – Our med program is an absolute joke charging way too much for 1/10’s . Not even 1/8’s. Our state government is completely corrupt. But Nov 7th it should all change🙌. Depending on what part of the state, local police do not care about smokers. Some areas even overlook you having a plant or two but some parts of Ohio prohibition is still strong.
