Tips To Properly Acclimate Tissue Culture Plants
With traditional methods, a cutting from a mother plant takes roughly two weeks to reach the planting stage; tissue cultivation can take over a month to mature.

Then you have a water only mom set up, though you can still give them a treat like Recharge every once in a while to keep them healthy.st a few dollars a month in electricity.
Mother Plant Nutrition: Mother plants require a balanced nutrition specifically formulated to slow down excessive vegetative growth and increase the carbon to nitrogen ratio in the shoots. If a mother plant is fertilized with too much nitrogen, it will grow quickly, but it will produce soft tissues with poor carbohydrate reserves. About 25 to 30% of a plant’s energy is used to change nitrates into an organic form of nitrogen used for vegetative growth. So an over abundance of nitrates will deplete the sugars in the shoots and leaves, reducing the amount of fuel available for new root growth.
Use Air Pruning Pots or containers since time spent in containers. Microbes and or enzymes for dead & decomposing organic matter in your media or roots dying off. There’s a real buckets wait list for the new ones now!

Rasufa – As far as the ability to get cannabis thru legal purchases it os off the chain. I can shop around to dispos. A gram of dab that may be $30 at one store might be $20 somewhere else. An edible that is $20 here might be a few bucks less down the road. As far as numbers lime @soupthegardener said it’s 6 plants. No matter where (in or out), no matter how many people lice there. 6 per house hold in any stage. Sucks if you want a mama or want to breed. I keep up with current prop 215 recommendations which “recommends” I be allowed to grow up to 99 and possess up to 20 lbs. I don’t do that but it allows me to be over 6 and have clones and mamas. In all instances it is not allowed to be seen from other properties or the roads. The “new” prohibition is coming from the industry against craft, heritage and legacy growers. They are backing the D.C.C. and pushing regulations that only make it possible for large industry companies to sell in the legal market. Weed growers creating new stigma of “unsafe growers & product” to remove the competition and increase their bottom line. Scandalous!

Getting Your Cannabis Plants to Harvest Before the Frost Hits??
Jerry h – They do surprisingly well with a lil nip of cold. Ive seen plants take overnight temps in the 20’s and bounce right back. My best advise is to minimize wind chill by putting a bed sheet over it (plastic kills) supported with stakes and ties. Take it off at sunrise.
Smeiz – Yeah i used Winter Frost last couple runz…you say oh its snake oil for about 2 weeks then you’re eyes pop out of you’re head like WTF!.WOOH🤯
Ken Taggar – Running lights 11 on 13 off during flower indoors will shorten the finish time. I heard that on one of Rasta Jeff’s podcasts. I have tried it and it did shorten the flower time. It will diminish yield as there’s less time for photosynthesis. Depends on your priorities, quick finish or bigger yield.
