I recently top dressed with down to earth bio-fish and now there’s mold growing all over the top of the pot. What should I do? Thank you in advance!

Pretty sure its nothing to worry about. its probably a good thing!
Hard to be 100% sure what you are dealing with without a picture, but my guess is that what you are seeing is the native microbes in your soil enjoying all that tasty stuff you just top-dressed. They found a new source of food, colonized it, and now they are chowing down.
Its a good idea to mix some worm castings or compost in with whatever you are topdressing to help kick start the process and help make that nutrition available. It also helps to cover the top of your soil with a mulch layer of straw or clover to help keep it all moist and biologically active.
Thank you so much SOUP!
its just the mycelium eating the new food source thats super good and a testament to your soil life
Thank you wesleypipesnotill!
Soup hit the nail on the head! I remember freaking out the first time I saw fuzzy white stuff in my pot, I thought I screwed up the soil mix and put it in the compost pile lol now I like seeing it time to time… “eat up little buddies! There’s more where that came from!” … am I the only one that talks to my microbeasties? Lol
